Kindly scroll to bottom of page, complete form entirely, add attachments and click submit. The form must be completed to apply for To-The-Trade. It may take up to 48 hours to process the application. Be sure to attach legible, current credentials and proof of an Interior Design Business OR move onto step two to continue the process.

We accept scanned, legible copy of resale certificate/tax ID for current year, proof of interior design business/business license & scanned copy of interior design business card to Please note this may add to the processing time. Let us know that you have also completed step 3 so we can flag your account as TRADE

A username and password must be established by you. This allows the crew to flag your account as “TRADE” so you can start shopping! *Discounts apply after reaching minimum purchase requirement, see more details here:

**Ship Authentic Pieces & Lights, Antiques and one-of-a-kinds do not qualify for Trade Pricing. An agent can apply the max 10% discount upon request.

Important Details To Read

#1 - Once application is approved and steps 1-3 are complete, you will be emailed confirmation of the application with notification of your active Trade Account as well as the Discount Tier Page outlining the savings and specifications of our Trade Program.

#2 -The application is ONLY the first step. Once complete and approved, start to shop. Place some items to the cart and there's not discount? Please note: There is a minimum purchase of $1k is required to enable any discounts.

#3 - I applied but nothing happened? Have you emailed proof of your business - STEP 2? Have you created an account on our site- STEP 3? Any application with missing information or without credentials will not process.

#4- Once the application is completed, it is sent to customer service and then the account you created in Step 3 is the account sign in: username/password to shop on our website. The account, after processing, is flagged as Trade and the discounts will automatically apply once the minimum purchase requirement has been met. There is only one user name and password per account. Companies with multiple designers - all company credentials can applied to individual accounts.
